Estadio Caliente de Durango

Caliente de Durango is the local baseball team that was looking to redesign the scoreboard experience at their stadium.

Our contribution to the project was to organize it into deliverables to set expectations and define the client’s scope, map out the user flows for the entire experience, sketch everything out, and, once ready, design the experience in high fidelity.

For this project, we worked closely with both the development team and the stadium’s in-house control room team. The latter was especially important, as it allowed us to experiment with and observe the previous experience firsthand, helping us identify pain points, areas of opportunity, and elements that were already working well.

This was crucial in deciding what should stay and what should go in the proposal we developed.

Caliente de Durango es el equipo local de béisbol que buscaba rediseñar la experiencia del score en su estadio.

Nuestro aporte en el proyecto fue organizarlo en entregables para establecer las expectativas y el scope del cliente, definir los flujos de usuario de toda la experiencia, bocetar todo y, una vez listo, diseñar la experiencia en high fidelity.

Para este proyecto trabajamos de manera muy estrecha con el equipo encargado del desarrollo, así como con el equipo interno de cabina del estadio. Este último fue muy importante, ya que nos permitió experimentar y observar cómo era la experiencia anterior para identificar pain points, áreas de oportunidad y elementos que ya funcionaban.

Esto fue crucial para decidir qué se queda y qué se va en la propuesta que trabajamos.
